What we collect

When you request a quote, we collect your name, phone number, email address, street address, and the budget range you choose. If you call or text us, we keep the number you called from so we can call you back.

How we use it

We use your information to prepare your quote, schedule your installation, and provide service during the season. If you become a customer, we keep your display details on file so we can reinstall it next year.

We may send you a reminder when booking opens for the next season. Reply STOP to any text and we stop.

What we never do

We never sell your information. We never share it with anyone outside our company except the tools we use to run the business, such as our scheduling and messaging software and website analytics.

How we protect your information

We take reasonable administrative, technical, and physical measures to protect the information you share with us. Our website is served over an encrypted HTTPS connection, and your quote details are transmitted and stored using industry-standard security practices, including encryption in transit and access controls on the software we use to run the business.

Access to customer information is limited to the family members and staff who need it to quote, schedule, and service your job. We do not store payment card numbers on this website.

No method of transmission or storage is 100% secure, but if we ever learn of a breach affecting your information, we will notify you as required by law.

Analytics and advertising

This site uses standard analytics tools, and may use Google Ads and Microsoft Clarity, which set cookies to measure how visitors use the site and whether our advertising works. None of these tools give us your identity unless you submit the quote form.

SMS / text messaging policy

By providing your phone number and checking the consent box on our quote form, you consent to receive text messages (SMS/MMS) from Elite Christmas Lights, a DBA of Elite Softwash, LLC. These messages may include quote follow-ups, appointment reminders, scheduling updates, and, only if you separately opted in, promotions and special offers.

Message frequency varies. Message and data rates may apply. You can opt out at any time by replying STOP to any message. Reply HELP for assistance. After you send STOP, we may send one confirmation message. Text START to opt back in.

We will never share, sell, rent, or disclose your mobile number to third parties for their marketing purposes. See also the SMS Terms of Service section of our Terms & Conditions.
